USCAP Modern Breast Pathology 2026 — ISBP experts on the WHO 6th edition, biomarkers and histologic mimics
USCAP Modern Breast Pathology: Practical Updates from the International Society of Breast Pathology (ISBP) 2026 pairs USCAP with the ISBP to bring breast diagnosis in line with the sixth-edition WHO tumour classification. Six international faculty, led by Puay Hoon Tan, move from special-type carcinomas and lobular disease to papillary, spindle cell and fibroepithelial lesions, with a strong focus on the benign mimics that cause over-calls. First released on 8 April 2026, the set contains 19 videos and 26 PDFs.

What you’ll be able to do
- Report breast tumours under the WHO 6th edition changes
- Resolve difficult papillary, spindle cell and small glandular proliferations
- Recognise unusual mimickers before they become misdiagnoses
- Follow current guidance on biomarker testing and targeted IHC
- Assess resection specimens after neoadjuvant therapy
Inside the course
Classification first
Puay Hoon Tan opens with the WHO update, followed by Hannah Wen on special-type carcinomas and Benjamin Calhoun on lobular carcinoma.
Modern breast pathology pitfalls
Ashley Cimino-Mathews, Marina De Brot and Popi Siziopikou work through mimics, papillary and intraductal lesions, often in paired lecture-and-case formats.
Biomarkers and treated specimens
Sessions on the moving target of biomarker testing, focused immunohistochemistry and post-neoadjuvant assessment tie the microscope to oncology decisions.
Built for
- Pathologists signing out breastCore biopsies and resections under current international standards.
- Trainees and cytopathologistsStructured exposure to the lesions examiners and clinicians ask about most.
- Breast oncologists and surgeonsInsight into how the report that guides treatment is built.

Before you buy
Why do some titles appear twice?
Several faculty give a lecture and a separate case session under the same or a similar title, so repeats are distinct recordings.
Is this course listed elsewhere in the store?
Yes. MS-34531 carries the same name and the same 19-video, 26-PDF contents; buy only one of the two.
Do I get CME credit or a certificate?
No. Clinicapedia provides the educational content only — no CME or CE credits, MOC points or certificates of completion are included with this product.
