All-on-4 from the Lisbon team — surgery, zygomatic options, full-arch prosthetics and long-term maintenance
Three clinicians from the Malo Clinic in Lisbon split All-On-4 Implant Prosthesis by treatment phase: Ana Ferro handles surgery, Filipe Melo the prosthetic workflow, and Miguel de Araújo Nobre maintenance and long-term success. Six lectures of about two hours each (11 h 39 min overall) cover standard and zygomatic All-on-4, immediate and second provisional bridges, complications, and non-surgical management of peri-implantitis.

What you’ll be able to do
- Follow the All-on-4 surgical protocol in both jaws with multi-unit abutments and the positioning gauge
- Decide when zygomatic, hybrid or extramaxillary variants are indicated
- Recognise and handle implant, bone, instrument and post-surgical complications
- Run the immediate and second provisional prosthetic stages through to ceramic or acrylic bridges
- Set up professional and home maintenance and score peri-implant disease risk
Inside the course
Surgery with Ana Ferro
Why four implants are enough, NobelSpeedy placement, long-term data, then pre-implant diagnosis and the difficult maxilla: zygomatic fixtures, guided surgery, a structured complication list and reimplantation, illustrated with video protocols.
Prosthetics with Filipe Melo
Smile line and lip support, team communication, conversion of the immediate bridge, laboratory steps, the Copy & Paste concept, CAD/CAM and DSD, seven criteria for success and Pedro Planas’ laws of function and form.
Maintenance with Miguel de Araújo Nobre
Osseointegration biology, failure causes, home care, nutrition and medication, a detailed professional hygiene protocol, epidemiology applied to practice, a peri-implant disease risk score and non-surgical peri-implantitis therapy.

Is it limited to Nobel Biocare components?
The protocols are shown with NobelSpeedy implants and multi-unit abutments, though the planning and maintenance principles transfer to other systems.
Is partial edentulism covered as well?
Mostly the course deals with fully or nearly edentulous arches; single and partial restorations appear only in the maintenance lectures.
Do I get CME credit or a certificate?
No. Clinicapedia provides the educational content only — no CME or CE credits, MOC points or certificates of completion are included with this product.
