ASE Advanced Echo 2025 — Echo Hawaii and State-of-the-Art Echo in one program
ASE Advanced Echo 2025, released by the American Society of Echocardiography on 31 March 2025, brings together faculty from its Echo Hawaii and State-of-the-Art Echocardiography courses in 30 case-based video lectures — about 8 hours 33 minutes of teaching. The download adds 28 slide decks and 14 “Test Your Knowledge” question sets, covering valve disease, structural guidance, strain, right-heart assessment and the arrival of AI in the echo lab.

- 8 h 33 minof teaching
- 28slide decks
- 14quiz sets
What you’ll be able to do
- Grade aortic stenosis correctly across low-flow and other difficult hemodynamic subsets
- Quantify mitral and tricuspid regurgitation and avoid the classic pitfalls
- Guide MitraClip, MV-TEER, tricuspid procedures and paravalvular leak closure
- Use LV, LA and RV strain in everyday reporting
- Apply the diastolic function guideline without getting lost in the algorithm
- Report the echo features of mechanical support, amyloid and inflammatory cardiomyopathy
Inside the course
Valves and prostheses
The largest block: aortic stenosis tips and tricks, aortic regurgitation, mitral regurgitation mechanisms, malignant mitral valve prolapse, tricuspid pathology and TR quantitation, and prosthetic dysfunction in both the aortic and mitral position — with stress echo in valve disease to settle the borderline cases.
ASE Advanced Echo 2025 structural and procedural sessions
Echo guidance for MitraClip in simple and complex cases, how to perform MV-TEER, tricuspid structural procedures, paravalvular leak closure and a step-by-step approach to echo-guided pericardiocentesis.
Ventricles, strain and the right heart
Integrating myocardial strain into care, left atrial strain, RV size and function with basic and advanced methods, RV functional reserve before intervention, and the guideline approach to diastolic function.
Cardiomyopathy, congenital disease and AI
Amyloid, inflammatory cardiomyopathies, the athletic heart, mechanical support, MI complications, cardiac sources of embolism, corrected congenital defects and bicuspid aortopathy — closing with AI for segmentation, disease detection and valve assessment.
