Root canal treatment from the first injection to the final fill — nine expert lectures on anesthesia, NiTi, irrigation, navigation and retreatment
Seven endodontists — Paul Abbott, Gianluca Gambarini, Bettina Basrani, Terry Pannkuk, Claudio Pisacane, Paula Villa and Marc Kaloustian — each take a stage of therapy in Endo Excellence: From Anesthesia to Obturation. Nine lessons (11 h 50 min) cover anesthesia in hot pulps, single-file and rotary shaping, irrigant chemistry, bioceramic obturation, external root resorption, guided and dynamic navigation, and solvent-free retreatment.

What you’ll be able to do
- Achieve reliable numbness in acute irreversible pulpitis, including Gow-Gates, intraligamental and intraosseous injections
- Pick NiTi alloys and single-file protocols for curved and conventional canals
- Plan irrigation sequences and activation, and handle a sodium hypochlorite accident
- Obturate with bioceramic single-cone or warm downpack techniques
- Access calcified canals with static and dynamic navigation
- Retreat failed cases: remove gutta-percha without solvents, retrieve posts and separated files, regain patency
Inside the course
Pain control first
A near two-hour lesson explains why anesthetic fails, what ibuprofen or indomethacin premedication adds, how to choose solution and volume per tooth, and which supplementary injections help with lower molars and postoperative pain.
Shaping, cleaning and filling
Several lectures compare austenitic and martensitic alloys, reciprocation against simplified continuous rotation, and access design guided by CBCT. Irrigation is treated in depth — contact time, concentration, interactions between solutions and systems such as GentleWave — before Schilder shaping, downpack and bioceramic monoblock obturation.
Complex cases
Dedicated sessions address external root resorption with MTA or Biodentine and CBCT mapping, guided access design with verification windows, and a stepwise retreatment protocol with heat-treated file sequences and ultrasonic irrigation.

Before you buy
Is endodontic surgery included?
No. Every lesson deals with non-surgical treatment and retreatment performed through the crown.
Do the lessons build on each other?
They are independent lectures by different specialists, so some topics such as access and CBCT reading come up more than once.
Do I get CME credit or a certificate?
No. Clinicapedia provides the educational content only — no CME or CE credits, MOC points or certificates of completion are included with this product.
