Graftless full-arch rehabilitation with tilted, pterygoid and zygomatic implants — lectures, cadaver videos and case reviews
Enrico Agliardi, head of special rehabilitation surgery at the San Raffaele Dental Clinic, built Full tilted implants: Prosthetic and Surgical protocols as a hybrid of video lectures, anatomical preparation videos and recorded review sessions. Four modules with 12 lessons (about 7 hours) show how severely atrophic and terminal-dentition patients can be restored without sinus augmentation, using All-on-4, V-II-V, trans-sinus, pterygoid and zygomatic approaches.

What you’ll be able to do
- Match the degree of maxillary atrophy to All-on-4, V-II-V or hybrid techniques
- Place posterior tilted implants with correct entry and exit points around the canine
- Understand the path of pterygoid implants and how they differ from tuberosity implants
- Angle mandibular implants to protect the mental nerve and use multi-unit abutments
- Recognise indications and anatomy for zygomatic implants, including ZAGA 2 and 4 cases
- Plan provisional and definitive prostheses from the pre-surgical stage
Inside the course
Maxilla: standard protocols and first cadaver work
Agliardi explains how to read residual bone quality and quantity, medical history and the long-term sustainability of treatment, then demonstrates trans-sinus and tilted placement and pterygoid measurement on anatomical specimens.
The mandibular All-on-4
Preoperative evaluation, exposure of the mental nerve emergence, symmetric distribution of implants and inclination for each level of resorption are shown in a lecture and an osteotomy video.
Complex maxillary cases
The longest lecture (1 h 48 min) combines trans-crestal and trans-sinus methods with standard protocols, discusses signs of lost vertical dimension, and covers when and how to anchor in the zygomatic bone, followed by a step-by-step zygomatic cadaver demonstration on a very concave maxilla.
Prosthetics and live reviews
A final lecture addresses laboratory steps and provisional to definitive restorations. Four recorded review sessions from April to June 2023 revisit each module with surgical videos and cases.

Before you buy
Are the cadaver videos long?
No, they are short focused demonstrations of 4 to 20 minutes; the bulk of the time is lectures and the four review sessions.
Is the prosthetic side covered as thoroughly as surgery?
Less so: prosthetics has one 24-minute lecture plus a review session, while the rest of the course concentrates on surgical protocols.
Do I get CME credit or a certificate?
No. Clinicapedia provides the educational content only — no CME or CE credits, MOC points or certificates of completion are included with this product.
