Posture change as the prescription
A full lesson explains TMJ biomechanics and the construction bite for retrognathia with deep or open bite, unilateral crossbite, functional anterior crossbite, prognathia and asymmetry, with clinical cases.
Appliance-by-appliance fabrication
Each remaining lesson isolates one design and moves through indications, the posture it creates, wire elements such as wave bars, dorsal arches, winglets and Frankel shields, then acrylisation and finishing.
