Anterior implants from CBCT plan to final abutment — four clinicians, seven lessons on the esthetic zone
Four implant clinicians from Italy, the Netherlands, the UK and the USA share the teaching in Implant placement in the aesthetic zone: steps and techniques. Over seven lessons and 10 h 38 min, Massimo Frosecchi, Eugenio Longo, Irfan Abas and Konstantina Dina Dedi walk through the full anterior sequence: 3D imaging and guides, gentle extraction, socket management, immediate versus delayed placement, grafting of bone and soft tissue, and the choice of restoration.

What you’ll be able to do
- Plan implant position on a CBCT scan, choosing field of view, voxel size, diameter and depth
- Remove failing incisors with atraumatic extraction tools, including the EasyExtra system
- Decide between immediate and delayed placement and follow a checklist for immediate loading
- Select one-stage, two-stage or guided bone and soft tissue augmentation for thin phenotypes
- Shape a composite provisional crown with the “wings” and fully manual techniques
- Pick between zirconia and ceramic abutments, Maryland bridges and hybrid prostheses
Inside the course
Timing, imaging and guided surgery
The first lessons set the rules for front-tooth implants and explain why the temporary restoration matters so much. A radiology lesson covers panoramic limitations, how a CT scanner works, radiation dose, artefacts, and static versus dynamic guidance.
Extraction and immediate placement
Frosecchi discusses risks, favourable conditions and indications for placing and loading on the day of extraction, then shows a retainer approach for several missing teeth and the use of biomaterials in fresh sockets.
Grafting and multi-unit cases
Augmentation protocols and connective tissue harvesting lead into single central incisor replacement, adjacent implants, ovoid pontic bridges, large 3D reconstructions and full-arch plans in atrophic ridges.
Complex restorative protocols
The closing lesson runs through incisors in periodontitis patients, guided placement and full-arch cases, with impression tips and three routes to the final prosthesis.

Before you buy
Are the first and third lessons really the same?
Their topic outlines are identical in the course programme, so expect some repetition between those two sessions even though the titles differ.
Who are the four teachers?
Frosecchi taught implantology in Genoa, Longo lectures on periodontics and implants, Abas founded his own implant academy after training at Radboud, and Dedi directs esthetic programmes at the UCL Eastman.
Do I get CME credit or a certificate?
No. Clinicapedia provides the educational content only — no CME or CE credits, MOC points or certificates of completion are included with this product.
