From implant basics to terminal dentition — biomaterials, full-arch planning and everyday implant decisions with Spear, Zucchelli and Sculean
Nine clinicians, among them Frank Spear, Ricardo Mitrani, Giovanni Zucchelli and Anton Sculean, contribute to Implant Success Blueprint: Biomaterials, Surgery & Full-Arch Mastery. Its 19 lessons in four modules add up to 14 hours 38 minutes and move from choosing biomaterials for soft tissue surgery, through failing and edentulous arches, to implant fundamentals and common chairside dilemmas.

What you’ll be able to do
- Combine grafts and biomaterials sensibly in periodontal and peri-implant plastic surgery
- Judge where hyaluronic acid adds value in mucogingival procedures
- Plan the terminal dentition from scan to delivery of a full-arch prosthesis
- Anticipate the long-term complications of full-arch implant reconstructions
- Explain implant types, abutments and healing clearly to staff and patients
- Weigh a new implant against redoing an anterior bridge or fixing an esthetic failure
Inside the course
Biomaterials in soft tissue surgery
Two long lectures, over four hours together, deal with how to pair biomaterials in periodontal and peri-implant plastic surgery and with the evidence for hyaluronic acid.
Full-arch cases
The largest module, about six hours, looks at treating failing and fully edentulous arches, a surgical route for the terminal dentition, digital planning from the first scan to the finished prosthesis, and how full-arch restorations behave and fail over the years.
Foundations and daily practice
A short block of seven brief lessons reviews implant and abutment types, impressions and healing abutments. The last module covers implants in the hygiene room, osseointegration timing, guided versus freehand surgery, and how to talk with a patient who needs a front tooth replaced.
Built for

Before you buy
Are all the lessons of similar length?
No. Module 3 packs seven lessons into about 73 minutes, so those are short explainers, while Modules 1 and 2 contain lectures of one to two hours each.
Is this a hands-on surgical placement course?
It is a lecture-based collection; surgery is discussed through planning, case reviews and technique comparisons rather than step-by-step placement training.
Do I get CME credit or a certificate?
No. Clinicapedia provides the educational content only — no CME or CE credits, MOC points or certificates of completion are included with this product.
