Plan cases from the face, run a deliberate new-patient visit and steer your practice past the survival phase
Frank Spear, Jeff Rouse and Roger Price share the teaching in Intentional Growth Through Strategic Planning, Patient Experience, and Team Alignment, a compact programme of 27 lessons running 4 h 42 min. It links clinical treatment planning with airway awareness to the business side of dentistry: how patients perceive their first visit, how practices mature toward profit, and what to do when behaviour inside the team starts to damage the office.

- Recognise which stage of practice evolution you are in and what blocks the next one
- Redesign the new-patient visit and case presentation around expectations
- Address dysfunctional team behaviour with a corrective, accountable process
Inside the course
A logical route through the treatment plan
The first module takes FGTP step by step: spotting problems and their likely causes, weighing esthetics, function, structure and biology, defining the target result, then choosing how to phase and finish treatment. It also shows where a compromised plan tends to go wrong.
Patients, expectations and acceptance
Frank Spear presents his growth model, covering how to talk through options with new and existing patients, the “tour of your mouth” exam conversation and ways to clarify what each person actually wants. A later module compares a traditional case presentation with an alternative model and explains the lowest common denominator effect.
From survival to profit
One module maps the life of a practice across survival, growth and profit stages, including the typical reactions at each point and the obstacles that keep owners from building a clear vision.
Team culture and accountability
The closing two-part session looks at disruptive behaviour patterns, why they arise and the consequences and corrective steps that restore respect within the team.

Before you buy
Is this mostly clinical or mostly business?
Roughly one module is clinical planning; the remaining four deal with patient communication, practice stages and team management.
How deep does the airway material go?
Airway appears as one element of the FGTP planning sequence in a 51-minute module, so treat it as an introduction rather than a full airway prosthodontics course.
Who are the three teachers?
Frank Spear and Jeff Rouse are restorative dentists and Spear faculty; Roger Price is an educator in functional medicine and respiratory rehabilitation.
Do I get CME credit or a certificate?
No. Clinicapedia provides the educational content only — no CME or CE credits, MOC points or certificates of completion are included with this product.
