Inside the course
Session one: structural analysis (5 h)
Gupta explains how the 4C model turns an assessment of the damaged tooth into a treatment choice, then demonstrates selective caries removal, DME, IDS and a comparison of traditional and modern onlay and overlay preparations.
Session two: contacts and contours (4 h 30 min)
The focus moves to proximal form: when DME or DMA is the better option, reliable IDS and DME execution, placing fibre-reinforced composite, conservative crack management, injection overmolding and a modified Hall technique for very deep lesions.
