Implant dentistry from osseointegration biology to All-on-4 and peri-implantitis — a 39-hour online residency with leading faculty
Online Residency Program A-Z in Implant Dentistry brings together lectures from Mariano Sanz, Sascha Jovanovic, Daniel Buser, Giovanni Zucchelli, George Perri, France Lambert, Eric Rompen, Giacomo Fabbri, Egon Euwe and many other clinicians. Eleven modules move from biology, pharmacology and restorative planning through extraction-site management, GBR, guided surgery and full-arch immediate loading to soft tissue work, esthetic prosthodontics and complications, with narrated surgical videos throughout.
- 11modules
- 71lectures and videos
- 39 h 20 minof teaching
What you’ll be able to do
- Choose immediate, early or late placement after extraction in esthetic single-tooth sites
- Plan ridge preservation and horizontal GBR with resorbable membranes and particulate grafts
- Work up an edentulous or terminal dentition case for All-on-4 and graftless concepts
- Design provisionals, impressions and screw-retained restorations that respect the soft tissue
- Manage peri-implantitis and cement-related complications and graft failing esthetic sites
Inside the course
Foundations and restorative planning
The opening modules explain how osseointegration was discovered and how it behaves biologically, cover pharmacology, nutrition and evidence appraisal, then shift to ideal implant position, surgical guides, provisionals and the edentulous patient with George Perri and colleagues.
Surgery and the extraction socket
The longest module, almost 11 hours, deals with socket management, 3D bone regeneration, immediate implants in the esthetic zone and guided surgery. A separate module on full-arch treatment covers All-on-4, the edentulous maxilla and the terminal dentition.
Watching real cases
Nineteen clinical videos show consultations, planning, surgical steps and temporisation: single premolar implants, anterior immediate placement with GBR, socket preservation with d-PTFE, staged ridge augmentation, connective tissue and free gingival harvesting, and guide fabrication.
Soft tissue, esthetics and complications
Zucchelli, Paul Lin and Iñaki Gamborena address soft tissue grafting and esthetic failure; Euwe and Fabbri discuss the transgingival zone and screw-retained designs; Rompen closes with peri-implantitis risk and treatment.
