Jaw and joint surgery
Larry Wolford takes each condition — condylar hyperplasia, reactive arthritis, trauma, tumours, ankylosis, craniofacial deformity and airway obstruction with sleep apnoea — through instruments, protocol, recovery and complications, including total joint replacement and surgically assisted expansion.
Two views on the sinus
One course reviews open and closed, one- and two-stage, piezo, Intralift and Sinus Pack elevation with the materials each needs. Testori’s course then concentrates on the crestal route, osseodensification, SAD and lateral window flap designs, when short implants are the better call, and a classification of perforations with their treatment.
Periodontal and guided surgery
A periodontal course covers instrument choice, interdental attachment gain, crown lengthening, perio preparation before orthodontics and disease in adolescents. The guides course walks through creating, pinning and print-preparing All-on-X guides for clinicians who feel uneasy with planning software.
Extractions, sutures and a large perio masterclass
