Complex reconstruction on teeth and implants — avoiding fixed-prosthetic errors and planning All-on-4 from denture principles
Five European clinicians and technicians — Giacomo Fabbri, Jan Schünemann, Alex Rugina, Carlo Massimo Saratti and Carlo Arcara — share the teaching in Advanced Reconstruction: Teeth, Implants, and All-on-4. Its three modules (11 lessons, 11 h 25 min) move from error prevention in fixed prosthodontics to mixed tooth-implant rehabilitations and, finally, complete-denture thinking as the basis of full-arch implant work.

What you’ll be able to do
- Spot the usual failure points in diagnosis, preparation, impressions and cementation before they cause complications
- Increase the vertical dimension of occlusion in a controlled, staged way
- Combine adhesive, minimally invasive preparations with implants in visible zones
- Shape biologically guided emergence profiles around implant restorations
- Plan full-arch implant cases backwards from complete-denture set-up and neuromuscular balance
Inside the course
Where fixed work goes wrong
Module one, over four hours, dissects mistakes at each stage — case planning, tooth reduction, impression taking and adhesive luting — and shows how experienced clinicians correct them.
Mixed natural and implant reconstructions
The second module deals with patients who keep some teeth while others are replaced: raising the bite, conservative adhesive preparation, aesthetic-zone prosthetic steps and emergence profile design on implants.
Dentures as the blueprint for All-on-4
The last module follows a case from records and clinical photography through tooth proportions and non-prep veneers to backward planning of a four-implant arch, closing with static principles and the neuromuscular system.
Who is teaching
The team spans Italian prosthodontic academies, a Hamburg master technician, a Timișoara clinic founder, a Geneva university cariology assistant and a PhD periodontologist from Milan.

Before you buy
Why does the curriculum show topics rather than the 11 lesson titles?
Only module-level topic lists are available, so the roster shows what each module covers rather than individual lesson names.
Is this one continuous course or several lecturers stitched together?
It combines separate lectures from five speakers into three themed modules, so style and pace change between them.
Do I get CME credit or a certificate?
No. Clinicapedia provides the educational content only — no CME or CE credits, MOC points or certificates of completion are included with this product.
