ARRS 2025 Radiology Review Online Course — 43 case-driven lectures across 11 subspecialties
The ARRS 2025 Radiology Review Online Course from the American Roentgen Ray Society runs through eleven subspecialty modules, mixing rapid-fire case sets with focused didactic talks. Forty-three radiologists each take one lecture, from interventional oncology and nuclear medicine to breast, paediatric tumours, GU rapid-fire cases and thoracic lymph nodes. It is pitched at trainees heading into exams and practice, and at attendings who want to sharpen how they separate look-alike diagnoses.

What you’ll be able to do
- Build a differential diagnosis in each of eleven radiology subspecialties
- Spot the signature imaging features that point to one diagnosis or a tight group
- Use clinical and imaging clues together to narrow a broad differential to a specific answer
- Outline management decisions in frequently met scenarios, from biliary drainage to breast biopsy
- Work faster through rapid-fire GU and case-based GI sets
Inside the course
Intervention, nuclear medicine and cardiac imaging
Modules 1–3 cover biliary, genitourinary and vascular interventions with hepatic interventional oncology, then thyroid and parathyroid, CNS, paediatric and GI/MSK/infection nuclear medicine, and three cardiac CT and cardiac MRI case reviews.
Paediatrics, breast and musculoskeletal
Paediatric CNS, abdominal, MSK tumours and vascular lesions; fibroepithelial lesions, DCIS, invasive ductal carcinoma and image-guided breast procedures; MSK infection, arthropathies, orthopaedic hardware and bone lesions.
Ultrasound and neuroradiology
Female pelvis, scrotal, hepatobiliary and renal transplant ultrasound, followed by adult brain, paediatric neuro, spine and head and neck.
ARRS 2025 Radiology Review body and chest modules
Four GU rapid-fire sets, case-based spleen, biliary and cystic liver, colonic and mesenteric reviews, and a chest module on multinodular disease, vascular and iatrogenic findings, airways and thoracic nodes.
Built for
- Radiology residentsBroad, case-heavy revision before exams and independent call.
- Early-career attendingsA tune-up across subspecialties they read less often.
