Root canal essentials plus the front-desk and team skills that keep endodontic patients coming back
Three short programmes are packaged in Endodontics & Clinical Case Communication: a 12-lesson clinical endodontics sequence with Matthew Chesler, a new-patient experience module and a unit on fixing team dysfunction, with Ricardo Mitrani and Richard Keefe also teaching. The 26 lessons run 4 h 15 min and pair access-to-obturation technique with phone handling, concierge paperwork, follow-up and the five classic team dysfunctions.

Inside the course
Clinical endodontics in 2 h 35 min
Twelve focused lessons cover perforation management, two parts each on shaping and filling canals, and finish with a filmed root canal procedure.
The new patient experience
Eight brief lessons look at the office itself, screening incoming calls, a concierge approach to forms, the courtesy call before treatment, the appointment day, handoffs between team members and after-visit contact.
From dysfunction to alignment
The last module applies the familiar five-dysfunction model — absent trust, fear of conflict, weak commitment, avoided accountability and inattention to results — to the dental team.
Who teaches
Chesler completed endodontic residency at the Naval Postgraduate Dental School; Mitrani is a Mexico City prosthodontist who has lectured in 30 countries; Keefe practises general dentistry in Massillon, Ohio.

Before you buy
Does this repeat material from other endodontic courses in the catalogue?
Yes — the clinical module uses the same 12 lesson titles as the first module of Endodontics Made Practical: Diagnose, Treat, Succeed, so owners of that course would mainly gain the two management modules.
How deep does the management content go?
The two non-clinical modules total about 1 h 40 min, so treat them as a practical primer rather than a full management programme.
Do I get CME credit or a certificate?
No. Clinicapedia provides the educational content only — no CME or CE credits, MOC points or certificates of completion are included with this product.
