The SCAI Fellows Courses 2025, held in Miami from 10 to 14 December 2025, bring together four fellows’ programmes — coronary intervention, congenital intervention, advanced peripheral work and advanced structural heart — with around 240 listed talks, supplied as recorded lectures with PowerPoint files. From left main and CTO PCI to PDA stenting, SFA CTOs and bicuspid TAVR, it is the broadest single interventional training package SCAI offers.

PCI tools and access, IVUS, FFR and iFR, left main, CTO, grafts, calcium, lithotripsy, DCB, ISR, STEMI, shock and MCS, pressure-volume loops, thrombectomy, CT-guided PCI, PET and renal denervation — plus complications, contracts, RVUs and wellness.
SCAI Fellows Courses 2025 congenital track
Pulmonary atresia, PDA stenting, septostomy, valvuloplasty, tetralogy and RVOT, single ventricle and hybrid Norwood, Fontan, ASD, VSD and PDA closure, transcatheter pulmonary valves, pulmonary vein and artery work, coarctation and Mustard or Senning patients.
Advanced Peripheral Vascular Fellows Course
Access and bailout, aortoiliac and aneurysm work, SFA CTOs, below-the-knee intervention, CLTI, atherectomy, deep venous disease, DVT and PE, carotid stenting and the business of ambulatory centres.
Advanced Structural Heart Disease Fellows Course
TAVR device selection, difficult anatomy and access, bicuspid and small-annulus TAVR, AR, lifetime management, mitral and tricuspid repair and replacement, ICE-guided LAAO, PFO, ASD and PVL closure, and building a structural programme.
