Tiziano Testori’s S.A.D. antrostomy — a lateral sinus lift with horizontal augmentation, filmed live
Recorded as Tiziano Testori’s first international live-streamed surgery, Simplified antrostomy design in sinus surgery shows a lateral-window sinus floor elevation in a severely resorbed posterior maxilla, combined with horizontal bone augmentation. A follow-up 3D model session analyses the window design that makes membrane detachment easier; the two parts run 3 h 06 min.

What you’ll be able to do
- Design a simplified lateral antrostomy that eases Schneiderian membrane elevation
- Combine sinus floor augmentation with horizontal ridge grafting in one procedure
- Handle a non-contained defect with a dedicated bone substitute
- Review the key steps on a 3D model before trying them on patients
Inside the course
The live surgery (2 h 19 min)
Testori explains and performs the S.A.D. window in an atrophic posterior maxilla, lifts the membrane and adds lateral augmentation using a substitute developed for defects without walls.
The model workshop (47 min)
In a post-operative tutorial, Testori and Dr. Matteo Invernizzi revisit each stage on a three-dimensional model and discuss the reasoning behind the design.

Before you buy
Is this a full sinus-grafting course?
No; it is one recorded live surgery plus a model debrief, focused on a single technique rather than a complete sinus curriculum.
What does live-stream format mean for the viewing experience?
The main session follows the operation in real time, so expect pauses and commentary rather than tightly edited clips.
Do I get CME credit or a certificate?
No. Clinicapedia provides the educational content only — no CME or CE credits, MOC points or certificates of completion are included with this product.
