Restoring implants that look natural — Rashad Riman’s system for posterior, anterior, malpositioned and full-arch cases
Beverly Hills clinician Rashad Riman shares the workflow he uses to assess, place and restore implants in SurgicalMaster. Implant Restorations Simplified. Six modules and roughly 5 hours 50 minutes of over-the-shoulder footage cover tissue healing rules, abutment contours, lab communication, a multi-stage anterior case, malpositioned fixtures, three full-arch options and seven everyday complications, with downloadable documents to support implementation.

Inside the course
Rules and tools
Riman opens with his “Biomimetic GPS”, ten placement rules, tissue quality and quantity requirements, component mechanics and pink porcelain, plus a short talk on the mindset needed to take on difficult cases.
Posterior, then anterior
The posterior module follows a case from extraction to crown, including a free gingival graft for tissue bulk and occlusal design. The anterior module is one continuous patient story: provisional planning, a stage 2 surgery that cost a papilla, PMMA crowns, an unexpected tooth loss, further placement and the final delivery of four crowns.
When things are not ideal
Short modules classify malposition and show how to restore each type, compare multi-unit abutment, implant-level zirconia and overdenture full-arch solutions, and walk through open contacts, inflamed gums, fractured crowns and implants, stripped screws, ankylosis and loose crowns.

Why does the curriculum show fewer than 47 items?
The published outline names 38 topics; the remaining lessons are not individually titled, so the list above may not match the lesson count exactly.
Does it teach implant placement surgery in depth?
Surgery appears within the restorative cases, such as stage 2 uncovery and a placement, but the main focus is restoring implants.
How detailed are the full-arch and complication modules?
They are brief overviews of about 20–27 minutes each, best seen as introductions.
Do I get CME credit or a certificate?
No. Clinicapedia provides the educational content only — no CME or CE credits, MOC points or certificates of completion are included with this product.
