Smile design to STL: a former 3Shape application specialist shows veneer, implant and denture workflows in Dental System

Inside the course
Winning the patient with a preview
Lessons one to three import and edit photos, choose smile libraries, adjust parameters for realism, prepare the order form for a digital wax-up and bring the 2D design into 3D for printing.
Models and veneers
Model Builder is explained for varied workflows, followed by occlusal alignment, segmentation, margin placement, proximal contact correction and scan trimming for veneer cases. A dedicated lesson compares 3D printing with 3-axis and 3+2-axis milling and points out common error sources.
Implants and dentures
The implant lesson moves designed teeth onto the preparation and checks them before export. Two denture lessons compare intraoral and lab scanning, set up tooth libraries in the Control Panel and design both try-ins and final prostheses.
