Ten implant surgery and bone grafting programmes in one library — from crestal bone stability to vertical GBR and zygoma safety
With Surgery: Implantology and bone grafting you collect ten complete video programmes, 249 lessons and close to 218 hours of teaching, under one purchase. The faculty reads like a congress line-up — Tomas Linkevicius, Massimo Simion, Paulo Malo, Iñaki Gamborena, Otto Zuhr and Marc Hürzeler, Filippo Fontana, Dennis Tarnow and the Salama brothers among more than forty speakers. Topics run from immediate placement and full-arch All-on-4® work to guided bone regeneration, microsurgical soft tissue handling and complication prevention around zygomatic implants.

What you’ll be able to do
- Plan implant cases around crestal bone stability and soft tissue thickness from day one
- Decide when an immediate implant into a fresh socket is predictable and how to restore it
- Carry out GBR with resorbable or titanium-reinforced membranes, including flap release and suturing
- Coordinate surgeon, restorative dentist and technician on an All-on-4® full-arch rehabilitation
- Apply microsurgical plastic-esthetic techniques around teeth and implants
- Anticipate the anatomical pitfalls of zygomatic implant surgery
Inside the course
Zero Bone Loss and immediate implants
Two Linkevicius programmes (about 15 and 14 hours) examine why marginal bone disappears, how prosthetic design and abutment surfaces protect it, and how biology, surgery and restoration fit together when an implant goes into an extraction socket the same day. Gamborena’s 14-hour masterclass adds his protocol for merging surgical, laboratory and restorative steps, with emphasis on connective tissue grafts.
A nine-session implant fellowship
The largest block, almost 124 hours, is a modular fellowship curriculum delivered by dozens of program directors. It covers both the surgical and prosthetic foundations of implant therapy and forms the backbone of the whole collection.
Bone augmentation, from routine to vertical
Simion’s surgical video series walks through socket preservation up to vertical ridge regeneration: graft types and harvesting, membrane choice and fixation, shaping the membrane, releasing incisions and suture patterns. Fontana’s shorter GBR course then scales the same principles down to the everyday peri-implant defects a general dentist is likely to meet.
Full-arch work, soft tissue and complications
A 17-hour full-mouth rehabilitation course moves from occlusion basics to complete restoration, while the All-on-4® programme splits the concept between surgery and maintenance (Paulo Malo), prosthetics (Andreia Rodrigues) and laboratory work (Pedro Sobreira). The Zuhr and Hürzeler film compendium and a 53-minute session on avoiding zygoma complications complete the set.
Built for
- Implantologists building a reference librarySeveral leading schools of thought on bone and soft tissue sit side by side for comparison.
- General dentists moving into surgeryThe fellowship and everyday GBR material give a structured entry point before the advanced content.
- Periodontists and oral surgeonsVertical augmentation, microsurgery and zygoma planning go well beyond an introductory level.

Before you buy
Are these courses also sold on their own?
Yes — each of the ten programmes is a standalone course, so check your library first if you already own one of them, for example Zero Bone Loss or Advanced GBR.
Is every lesson title listed here?
Only the ten course titles and their running times are shown; the 249 individual lessons sit inside each programme.
Why is one course so much longer than the rest?
The Implant Fellowship Program alone accounts for more than half the viewing time, as it is organised into nine sessions of multiple modules.
Do I get CME credit or a certificate?
No. Clinicapedia provides the educational content only — no CME or CE credits, MOC points or certificates of completion are included with this product.
