What you’ll be able to do
- Plan filler-based feminization of the forehead, brow, cheeks, nose and jawline in transgender women
- Map a full-face botulinum toxin treatment, including dilution, dose and brow-lifting points
- Apply a four-point harmony sequence to the midface, chin and nose with hyaluronic acid
- Use diluted CaHA by cannula for perioral radial lines, skin quality and lower-face support
- Correct facial asymmetry with toxin after analysing expression at rest and in motion
Inside the course
Feminization and toxin mapping
Van Loghem’s opening hour shows how he softens masculine features with fillers placed at chosen depths, then a 40-minute toxin session walks muscle by muscle through a global treatment and the vessels and nerves to stay clear of.
The four-point concept
Silikovich splits his demonstration into two parts on the midface, chin and nose, stressing injection angle near the nasal vasculature and checking capillary refill once the product is in.
Biostimulation and global approaches
Several van Loghem sessions use calcium hydroxylapatite in different dilutions for brows, cheeks, jawline and neck, combine it with hyaluronic acid around the mouth, and close with a near one-hour global plan for cheeks, tear troughs, chin, lips and frontal concavity.

Before you buy
Why do two lessons have the same perioral title?
Lessons 5 and 9 carry an identical name but run 8 and 51 minutes; the longer one is a full CaHA rejuvenation session covering assessment, depths and dilutions.
How much of the course is taught by Raj Acquilla?
Only a one-minute introduction. Almost all teaching comes from Dr. van Loghem, with two sessions from Dr. Silikovich; Acquilla’s own injection library is sold as a separate course.
Does it cover surgical facial feminization?
No. Everything here is injectable; surgical facial gender work is the subject of a different masterclass in this catalogue.
Do I get CME credit or a certificate?
